Ivan Baydakov

I currently work at Tel Aviv University. My academic interests focus on the contemporary history of Russia. In parallel with my research activities, I am involved in the management and development of educational programs, as well as in the advancement of educational technologies.

Before joining Tel Aviv University, I held senior academic and administrative positions at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA). I led a bachelor’s program and headed the Department of Applied History, and also served as Dean of the Core Faculty.

I hold a PhD in the contemporary history of Russia, with a research focus on political, social, and institutional transformations in the late 20th and early 21st centuries.
